I can’t help wondering if dandelion learnt this protection technique from his cactus allies. The thick, strong feel of the leaves, and the prickles, struck me as very cacti-like. Plenty of flowers. It struck me as a sign of bravery, defiance and feeling secure to shine 🌼🌞
